It’s that time!!! Here we go. First off, let’s get some housekeeping out of the way.
Ticket sales are capped at 150. Should there be a demand for tickets past 150 and ALL LEAD/CO-LEAD VOLUNTEER POSITIONS ARE FILLED, we may open up more ticket sales to a cap of 200.
This is a volunteer-run event. It takes every single one of us to make it run smoothly and the burn is what YOU make it. So, bring it!!!
Sean Sturgis has stepped down from the BOD due to health issues. We are 7 weeks out from the burn and I’m not sure that attempting to bring on new BOD members now would be a good idea. So, we’ll play it by ear and see what transpires throughout the year.
I’ll be rolling out posts frequently for the next few days to get all our squirrels in a row. Portos and firewood are already ordered.
I’m working on getting 2 work/play weekends set up between now and the burn to get the wood split and all campsites cleared of debris so be sure to keep an eye on upcoming events.
